boxers - size different from the size chart
I purchased three pairs of Kodak socks as well as Kodak boxers.
Based on the size measurements available in your website, I ordered a size M boxer shorts. However, upon receiving them I realized they are way too big for me. Comparing with the measurements you have on the website, the boxers are clearly size L even though they are labeled M.
I wrote to ask for an exchange and was denied. However, my complaint is related to the difference between the size chart you have in your website and what I received.

We denied your request at first, because you order a size M and the boxers were too big for you, we don't accept returns of any type of underwear due to hygine matters. You can find this statement on our returns policy.
After that, you claimed that the boxers were mislabeled, which changes everything, as it was a mistake on our side, so we were open to receive the boxers and send you a new ones with the right size. But first you will need to send us a picture of the boxers measurement to verify that the sizing of the boxers are not following the size table on our website.
You send us the picture of the boxers with the measuring tape. But the measure tape showed that the boxers were right sized. It was not L as you claim on your review, it was size M as you ordered.
So we cannot proceed with your request.

Really awful customer service.
Really awful customer service.
Products not dispatched for weeks, no updates or communication. After I followed up they send the things they had in stock and promised to send the rest later when available. But again no communication in weeks. Then suddenly they can’t seem to have any information on what is missing. Really dreadful experience. All of my items were supposed to be presents but all was not delivered in time.
In response to Brava’s email, I want to clarify that they have received my complaint via email 24 December and their employee Viktoriia confirmed receipt and promised to look into it. No response yet though.

I found the customer service friendly
I found the customer service friendly. From my personal experience, i found really unsatisfying the fact, that the ordering which i made on 30.11.2024 i still didn´t receive!
It took 6 days until the parcel has been sent and now its stucked by GLS.
