Paid ~$60,000 for 4,970 units — 79 arrived; written refund assurance not honoured
In my experience as a US small business (ZAYMAR LLC), I entered into a wholesale supply agreement with BRAVELL LLC (bravell.store) for 4,970 units of tortilla-press products under Proforma Invoice #776338, totalling approximately $65,000. My company paid approximately $60,336 in multiple instalments between November and December 2025.
What followed was deeply troubling. Only 79 of the 4,970 ordered units were ever received at Amazon FBA. Despite written requests, no shipping documentation, bill of lading, or carrier records were produced for the undelivered inventory. The only explanation offered was that Amazon may have "misplaced" the shipment — a claim Amazon did not confirm.
Before I paid, I received a written assurance from BRAVELL that a full refund would be available if I chose not to continue. When I requested that refund after non-delivery, it was declined.
I also note that the supply contract was signed on BRAVELL's side under a name that never appeared in any phone call, email, or direct communication during the entire business relationship.
I have filed formal reports with the FTC (Report #202617451) and econsumer.gov / ICPEN (Ref #202617057) and am pursuing this matter through appropriate legal channels. I share this account so that other businesses considering BRAVELL LLC as a wholesale partner are aware of what occurred in my case.
