They don't answer phone calls or emails.
They dont send out order confirmation numbers or tracking numbers like they state they do. It took a month to recieve the package and they sent the wrong item size and I can't get ahold of anyone about it. I honestly believe they only sent the item out because I reported this to my bank who reached out to them. So, they are able to answer the bank, but not their customers. Buyer Beware.
