The car has a serious issue and Bravo Auto ignore emails

The car they sold me has a serious issue. I reported this to Bravo Auto and was asked for evidence, which I sent them. Since then they have simply ignored all my emails.

It's shocking a company behaves this way in this day and age!

In response to their reply, below. Bravo Auto clearly did not read my review. I am very clearly complaining about them ignoring my several emails. I have already emailed to this address and I emailed their Chief Executive. I received an aknowlegement from this email but nothing more.

Now, they don't even bother to aknowlege my emails.

They have taken circa £25k from me for this car and have chosen to ignore the issue I have raised!

I strongly suggest you avoid this company. I'm sure people are happy initially, especially when nothing goes wrong with their vehicles. They have only dealt with sales staff.

But, be warned, my experience is they simply ignore you when something goes wrong. Buying a vehicle is expensive, can you afford to lose your money?

Bravo Auto's service plan is falsely…

Bravo Auto's service plan and warranty is falsely advertised. I brought a 2017 Honda from Bravoauto Shrewsbury in January 2023 along with a service plan. When I brought the car I was promised it had underwent full major service before my purchase. Car's service light went off in just couple of days after my purchase, and I was told the service technician had forgotten to update the computer, which they did promptly in couple of days. We started smelling fuel in car cabinet in August, and contacted bravo Auto Chester service team. The car was returned to us after a day, and service team informed us they could smell the fuel, but could not find any problems with the car, and we need to highlight this issue when we bring the car in for major service. Now my car is showing service due again since September (less than 4000 miles drive from January to August), and the service team has refused to book it claiming it is not due till December. I was finally able to book it for MOT and service on 14 of December ( As cars MOT was due on 18th), only to pick the car without service. The reason given this time was, as I purchased the car in January, there's not enough money in my service plan for a full car service, thought I'm making monthly payments since my purchase. I think they have perfected the art of scamming people with their warranty and service plan!

The worst experience to do a repair service here

I bought a Abarth 595 from this company and the engine lights keeps on once a period and they never fix it correctly even parts were ordered incorrectly.I have to bring the car in again and again.
My last visit was on 1 Nov 2023 and again they cannot fixed the issue and ask me to wait for another parts and they promised they will do a full investigation on my car.
I have been waiting for a month but there is no update yet. No response on email or phone calls.
I keep calling them till early December and there is a voice message said the shop was permanently closed! How can they waste their customers time!
I will never recommend BravoAuto to anyone who wants to buy or do any service here.

Fabulous experience of buying a car

Fabulous experience of buying a car (Towcester). Our dream car showed up on Bravoauto Towcester's site, but due to being hundreds of miles away and not being able to see in person before we bought, we were very apprehensive. Well we needn't have been. From our first contact with the team, we have had nothing but exemplary service. Ryan - you are a star salesman. Brilliant communication, an incredibly detailed video show-round of the car and all queries promptly dealt with. To be honest, the car seemed too good to be true, but when we travelled down to pick it up - it wasn't! It was even better than we expected. Thank you Ryan for making what can be a stressful and nerve-wracking purchase a breeze. A quick mention also to Matthew (who completed the handover, as Ryan was on a well-deserved holiday), and Simran (our initial contact who was very professional and friendly). What more can we say except bravo, Bravoauto Towcester!

Bought a fiat 500 in January 2023

Bought a fiat 500 in January 2023, 2 months later the blower motor went, not covered on warranty, a quote of £300. How is that not covered on a warranty and so soon after buying. Rang and spoke to the sales man and from what it sounds like nothing is covered really. So what's the point. So disappointed. It was impossible to even get its MOT booked in even though I took up the service plan as they are all closing. Inchape told me they would have to deal with it, not exactly the experience I wanted with what I thought was a trustworthy business.

Very impressed would definitely use again.

Very impressed with the service I received from the moment I walked in to the sales office to find my next car right up to completing the sale. The worst decision I made was buying a…

The worst decision I made was buying a car from this company.
I paid over 11k for a car only to have nothing but trouble with it.
Within a week the wing mirror glass fell out no problem I glued it myself within 10 days the windscreen washers stopped working.
Then 2 months later brake pads went and oil warning light came on I paid to get the work done they did reimburse me for that.
Then engine warning light came on back to the garage they sorted that then 3 weeks later back on again only to be told I had a oil leak then they couldn’t find the oil leak so gave it me back.
Engine warning light comes on again and they change another part 3 weeks after it’s back on again.
The customer service is absolutely awful they never answer the phones.
I have tried to get them to swop the car or give me my money back but with no joy.
If you are thinking of buying a car from these garages I would seriously think twice.
Once they have your money then it’s too late.

In March this year I purchased a 65…

In March this year I purchased a 65 plate Renault Kadjar from Bravo auto in Cannock with only 44,094 miles on the clock.
8 months later and only 5,000 later the timing chain has snapped causing substantial damage the warranty company informed me that they will only cover a maximum £1000 single claim and I’ve been quoted £3,500 for a replacement engine. Having spoken to the after sales team at the dealership ( which is now closed) they’ve informed that their investigation has said that’s down to general wear and tear .

I give Brava Auto Bolton 1 star

I give Brava Auto Bolton 1 star. I bought a car, for £30,000 but I was not told until the last payment that there was only one key, and I was told by Paul the car was manufactured with 1 key which was a lie from Paul who also suggested to make a false insurance claim to get another set of keys which he has done many times himself. I went into Skoda Bolton and was told that 2 keys are required to be the primary user and the previous owner had 2 keys and When I contacted Brava Autos, they wouldn't contribute to the cost of the key, i also contacted brava auto’s head office via telephone and 2 emails 4 weeks ago and they don't even have the decency to acknowledge never mind reply that's what they think of there customers. I am now £450 out of pocket having to get another key which SHOULD have already been given with the car as it still has the previous owner as the primary user on the onboard system and the only way to remove them and cancel the key they have is to get a 2nd key made from Skoda.

Is this a scam company .

Okay so after deciding to buy a car and putting a deposit on one ,I find the was then sold to someone else ,upon my purchase I waited for a salesman to confirm its delivery to the Birmingham depot ,the call never came so I chased the dealer to find out they had sold it to someone else .now I still haven't received my refund deposit money and the car !! Amazingly is back up for sale ,I was so disappointed after months of searching for a particular model and colour that this happened. And now !! Not to be offered even a phone call out of courtesy to maybe make ammends to re offeer the opportunity to buy this car adds to my further disappointment. Haden its Darren. From Birmingham. What's going on with the dealership. I'm assuming they're is a big issue .I feel scammed .

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a vehicle from them in July 2023. Purchased extended warranty and GuardX only to be told by the dealership the GaurdX was never actually applied due to a valeter on site saying he had applied it but hadn’t! Had problems with the vehicle the same week I purchased. Had it checked by a garage to be told it was sold faulty, shouldn’t have passed its last M.O.T and 100% wouldn’t have passed its next . You get ignored, get told staff are not available constantly, get told you will receive a call back but don’t ! Get given excuses and nothing ever resolved ! After sales is a big joke! I agreed to let the dealership buy the car back off myself as no problems were being rectified, I was missold a vehicle and after sales and warranty meant absolutely nothing! only to be told I will be at a loss of nearly £1000 due to a 45p mile charge. I asked head of business where it states this charge in any contract / documents - he replied “ there isn’t anything to show this , it’s just what we do”. Head of business Alex ignores you and doesn’t have the decency to see customers face to face to be able to discuss problems. I’m not surprised branches are closing down left right and centre. I have lost all trust in dealerships, and I’m now at a great loss of my OWN money and have so much anxiety on where to purchase another vehicle . Wish I never set foot in the place .
