I wore my Bravo Concealment OWB holster for several years and when it failed, they sent me a new one. Great holsters...better customer service.

The holsters are not comfortable. A wrote to them asking for a modification of which I was willing to pay additional. They are not confident enough in what they do to reply.

If you want a good holster try Black Point Tactical. They produce a good holster and reply if you need additional care,

Absolutely the worst holster Ive ever bought. I have about 6 holsters now, probably bought 20. The gun didnt fit and it was so uncomfortable. Tried it twice in every position. TERRIBLE! (The one star is cause I had to choose 1)

I ordered 2 holsters and paid extra for 2 day shipping. It shipped out on 12/27/21. It is now 01/04/22, several days pass the 2 day shipping I paid for. Fedex tracking shows it is at a sort facility 20 minutes from my house, but delayed beyond their control, with no estimated delivery date (for the past 7 days). Fedex
has delivered 4 different packages to my house since 01/01/22, not sure why they can't deliver this. This has been a huge waste of time, but hopefully not money. Not sure who is to blame (FedEx or Bravo Concealment) but only one of them took my money and made a promise to deliver, and my orders from other places have been delivered. I ordered elsewhere on 01/03/22 and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, 01/05/22 just like I paid for.

I’ve tried other holsters this was by far my best one. I would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent holster! Perfect fit!

This is the 4th time we visited Bravo's for the Saturday special chicken marsala. Every time we were ripped off. First, we visited Robinson and found out we had no mashed potatoes. When we complained we were told they weren't ready a and next time it happens let us know. They refused to make it right.
Second, the next visit to Robinson there were no mashed potatoes. Once again we were told let us know next time it happens let us know. Again, they refused to accommodate.
Third, we gave up on Robinson and went to the Galleria. They gave us no bread and forgot the salad that came with the meal. Once again they refused any accommodations.
Today, we visited the Galleria again after 5 months. This time "Amy" said she would make sure the order was correct. When we opened the package we were missing some of the chicken that came with the 2 meal pack. Amy laimed, falsely, it always came like that.

Fifth, you now lost a customer for life because it appears you don't care when your locations rip off customers. They seem to think its funny. We don't.

Mag pouch cracked , send bravo pictures , been a customer for long years , carry rig off duty everyday, they are saying send the old one back so we can send you the new one , I asked them how I am going to carry my mag they said purchase a new one , when you send the old back we will refund you . I am really disappointed with the service .

Great product and you can't beat the deals they run on holsters. I have 6 of there holsters and all of them have met or exceed my expectations. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for holsters.

Best Budget holster/mag pouch out there. Especially if you need a holster for a weapon that you don’t deploy on a regular basis, not that their holsters are a bad choice for that either. You just don’t get a lot of choices of the bells and whistles. The holsters are very economical and quite serviceable and the hot sauce is excellent! Sarge

I recently purchased the 2 holster IWB/OWB combo (along with a single mag pouch) for my Glock 43. So far I’m absolutely loving both holsters. I did find the BCA 3.0 holster fits my medium, athletic build better with the optional pancake loops, which I ordered about a week after first trying the holster with the included belt loops. Not that I printed terribly with the included loops; I just found the pancake loops concealed better with my frame. The Torsion IWB has become my primary carry holster. As a private investigator I’ve been appendix carrying my 43 and have found the holster to be extremely comfortable, even on a 10 hour surveillance with extended sitting and driving. Additionally the holster conceals extremely well, whether appendix or strong side carrying. Over the years I’ve tried many holsters in leather, Kydex, and various hybrid materials. For the value and quality, I am extremely impressed with Bravo Concealment. Check ‘em out!

Gun fits into holster well.. Just not the most comfortable at appendix carry.. Digs into you a bit. But if your a strong side carry person it's great

I purchased the IWB and OWB combo and was able to get a sweet deal with a Father's Day code. Both holsters are surprisingly well made and are an excellent value. I immediatley tried the IWB Torsion holster and impressed cannot begin to describe my reaction. I tightened the retention, adjusted the cant, and realized this is what I've been looking for in a concealed carry holster. You've got my business for life.

I was taking a class at one of our local gun shops and was having trouble re-holstering my gun with my leather/kydex holster. The instructors brought me this polymer holster to try and it was fantastic! When I returned it at the end of the class I discovered it was a Bravo holster; upon coming home I ordered one for my Glock 48 and Sig P365 (BOGO Free). They are the best holsters I have ever worn; very comfortable and my gun hugs my body at the 4 o'clock position. Thank you Bravo!

We can't carry concealed here in Australia, but I needed a light bearing holster for some low light range training.
Found what I needed here at Bravo Concealment and after a few emails I ordered an OWB for my M&P.
The holster arrived quickly and is a perfect fit.
