Horrible

Horrible. Do not send them your money. The glasses I purchased were not as advertised. They guarantee a refund but that is a joke

I never worked with them

I never worked with them, but they don't stop spamming me with email.

Not to mention it's illegal in Canada.
They have no phone number.
According to Linkedin they have no employess.

Sounds like a scam be careful.

Can't run their own campaigns

So.The same person from Brax has written to me 5 times saying he can help my business grow bigger. I said we don't want to grow bigger, and that he hadn't got my business name right, and to take me off their spam list. 5 times, no response just more 'can we talk' emails. And this is what they are supposed to be good at! Later... they asked me to edit this review, interesting that they wouldn't respond every time I asked them to stop contacting them, as soon as I posted the name of the person writing to me... then they could reply. Tells you a lot about them.

Does not follow Canadian anti-spam laws. I recommend anyone else receiving unsolicited emails from them to make a complaint. Looks like they've been doing this to a lot of people which is entirely unacceptable.

Absolutely horrific spammers

Absolutely horrific spammers! I haven't used their service and will not, but let me just advise anyone considering them; their prices are 100% improbable if you are to get the service promised. Let's take their basic plan. Imagine, you spend $10,000 per month on advertising and ONLY spend $199 on the agency to manage the whole thing. As someone who's been in the space for over a decade, this is an impossible scenario. Agencies like this rely on a constant churn of clients - hence the incessant spamming. If they were any good, they wouldn't need to spam potential new clients, because they'd be overwhelmed with work for exitsing clients. Ignore my advice at the expense of your bottom line.

Their Marketing Lead to $0 sales in over 6 Months

We paid this group a lot of money for their services, and this lead to ZERO sales. They consistently were late getting projects completed. There were always errors in the graphics they created. Many times, links in the ads did not work. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Waste of time and money

Waste of time and money. Typical company that over promises and under delivers. They said they would do all this these things to boost my sales. They did half of them in a half-ass way. It took them 2 months from when I started paying for them to get the first campaign going. It shouldn't have taken no more than 1-2 weeks. When I emailed that I did not want to renew my contract, I get ignored. They keep trying to charge me, I keep telling them I'm not renewing, they keep ignoring me. Stay away!

Constant Spam Emails

They found my shop through Shopify (I didn’t contact them) but they are completely spamming me with emails trying to get me to contact them to talk about what services they offer.
I have never contacted them, never responded to their emails. I am absolutely not interested and don’t appreciate the constant spam.
