An amazing experience, really puts things into perspective. With such a dedicated team and lovely surroundings.
The day was amazing, authentic as was possible, inspiring and all staff truly professional. I can not thank Ollie and Foxy and indeed the entire staff enough for a real eye opening day, I came away completely shattered but filled with utter respect for what I believe these people do.
If you are thinking of doing this think no more GET ON AND DO IT
Since this experience I have increased my workouts and set goals of doing at least two charity events a year.

I would highly recommend Break-Point to anyone who is interested in pushing their own boundaries both mentally and physically whilst learning lots of new transferrable skills. The team at Break-Point are exceptional and they have the experience and skills to help people to push their own boundaries and break out of their perceived limits.
