Terrible experience, they send you a link to write a review BEFORE you go on holiday to make them look better.

Reality is once they have your money it’s game over.

No customer service at all, passed from pillar to post when something goes wrong.

Shysters!! Avoid at all costs! Hotel provided wasn’t fit for purpose, no flushing toilet, no hot water in shower, poor food, poor service etc etc. complained whilst on holiday, was told this could only be dealt with once I was back in U.K. paid for a different hotel out of own pocket, still waiting for refund on original room over 3 months later. Passed pillar to post, fobbed off numerous times. Will be taking the company to small claims court for my money

tried to book through this website a company called Break4holidays they then rang me up stating the flight was not direct and the holiday will cost more. When checking the flight they stated, it did not exist. Avoid like the plague until the site can guarantee the prices will be the same as advertised. The company rang me up several times trying to sell me alternative holidays when I said I did not want to go ahead they stated they will take the money anyway. I stated they did not have my consent to take money from my account and I have since reported them for possible fraud.
