Love! I was having issues with the shipping company but the BA team was helpful in answering questions and looking into the case for me. I’ve had my eyes on this bag for a while now and absolutely love the condition and care in which it was packaged. It’s tricky when buying vintage because you’re not sure what sites to trust or which sell legit/authentic items but if you’re hesitant, checkout neowwww - you won’t regret it. Definitely buying her a sister soon!!

loved the selection, shipping was fairly quick. be prepared for the dutiex/taxes, i wasn't :(

Have made 3 purchases with BTA, always have been a very smooth experience. Every purchase has come well packaged and with follow up contact details. I’ve tried a few luxury vintage second venders and BTA has always been the best so far. Delivery is always super fast too and with DHL which is always a plus!

Had this Fendi Mother of Pearl Bag in Green saved on my Pinterest for years and when I saw that Break Archive had it I immediately messaged them to save it for me. They replied so quick and were so nice and professional and had agreed to save it for me until I was back in London to pick it up from their pop-up. I had such a lovely and positive interaction with all the staff they were all super kind and helpful. I had also previously tried to purchase this bag from others and the price was unreasonable and Break Archive were the only ones to offer this bag at an amazing price whilst the bag was still in perfect condition. Overall I would recommend anyone to buy from them because they have the best prices, most respectful and helpful staff, and the coolest bag selections!!!

Bought two bags, came in the same condition as it was described on site. Everything was perfect. You can't find a better place to buy a vintage bag.

Super fast shipping! Bag arrived exactly as pictured and described.

I’ve purchased two bags from them and they both came in the condition it showed on the site. They offer a discount code after you buy a product towards your next purchase and overall don’t have any complaints about the items or my experience shopping with them.

Had a bad experience with break.archive. Bought a Fendi baguette and when it arrived the embroidery was very very damaged - looked like it had been cut. I let them know it did not look like the pictures on the website which showed it in perfect condition and they told me that I should've known it was damaged by the pictures on Instagram. I don't have instagram - I know about break.archive and this bag because my fiancee asked for the bag as a present. It seems mad to say that pictures on social media mean that I should’ve known the bag was more damaged than the e-comm pictures show - why isn't your point of sale trustworthy???
Then they came back and said that actually the reason the bag was damaged was because an error in thier inventory system... Don't understand that but really unprofessional to blame your clients for not looking at the right photos and then saying actually it's a system error. Take accountability from the off.
Eventually they offered me £200 which I took so can't fault them on that but just felt so let down by the experience..
