The Breakdance support was fast and extremely helpful for my issue.

got response within 24 hours.
I got somehow confused as I have 2 sites with breakdance installed. on one I tested the beta (I was curious) and forgot that when coming back to the other site.
learned that automatic update of breakdance does not include update to test versions (which is somehow logic, but, same as in life, here also wish and imagination often prime reasoning).

The Breakdance Builder visual builder is a tool that not only allows you to build very professional websites, but also very quickly.

The technical support, although not responding within the day (I imagine due to the long list of requests), does so efficiently.

Waiting for version 2.0, which is coming soon...

This software is what I paid for when I bought Oxygen. I won't trust this company anymore since they risk closing and reopening the project (page builders) every four years.

Was gonna upgrade my license towards the unlimited license for small period of time available rn. So I ordered it quickly as possible, after the fact I bought a new license key and cancelled my single license.. I found out I could have simply upgraded my license key, which was not clear from the pricing page it self.

But is was noted on the portal side with a prety easily gud to understand text. The diff in price was 2x the ammount so I asked if I could refund my just newly bought license key, and upgrade my actual single license so the payment installment for the upgrade was a smaller ammount :).

Thas was all fine and, Breakdance support was very vast supporting me and getting me sorted out and getting back the refund.

I've been using Breakdance for a while now in more than 20 sites, hands down the best wordpress builder out there. They really listen to their customers requests. Recommended!

Still quite new to Breakdance but one thing I can say is the support has been awesome! Documentation could be better but so far, it has been helpful and my experience with lodging a ticket has been smooth. Thanks Kevin for pointing me to the right direction when I was troubleshooting my issue!

Excellent product and excellent customer support. Will gladly be doing business with them in the future. All you need to create stunning wordpress sites.

Excellent company. Both the capability of the product and customer-service are fantastic. Tried many web builder alternatives before finally settling on Breakdance which is miles ahead of many of its competitors.

Breakdance is a fantastic tool for those of us who are novice web designers. It's essentially a dumbed down version of Oxygen, it's not as feature rich, but it is REALLY easy to use.
Even me, who has never made, or studied web design before has been able to make quite good looking websites very easily with little to no tutorials, or guides.
Highly recommended for beginners, or those who want a quick and easy user friendly UI to make websites from using blocks.

Really good builder. Every new version makes it even better. In top 3 WP builders for sure.

Buggy and very slow tech support. I was an oxygen user for years and switched to Breakdance.

The price is really expensive at $199 per year. I wouldn't mind paying if there were fewer bugs and a better tech support team.

It often takes up to a week to get a reply, even if the bug affects the main functionality of the site. Some of us need our websites to make a living and can't afford to have a dysfunctional website for days.

This is Oxygen plugin rebranded to be an Elementor competitor, but sadly there is no support for the product. Been waiting 5 days for an answer to a support ticket on a simple technical question. The same issues that Oxygen has, so does Breakdance. Poor support. Offloading support to a tightly controlled 'community' and no reply to email support requests. Can't embed code blocks without breaking the page. etc... Regret purchasing the pro version of Oxygen and Breakdance.

Pros: Good builder. Very clean code and fast out of the box for what it allows you to build.

Cons: No support. Easy to break.

Louis and the breakdance team bans you for no reason at all, you really cannot purchase this software, not if you plan to have any kind of support from the community.

I made a post about support for a bug, i had 3 smilies and get permanent banned for it, thats all it took, and got called unprofessional by the breakdance team for it.

I supported them on other ventures they had like oxygen with lifetime license.

They sit and ban and unban people, making recordings and having a joke about it, if your a company and need community assistance, your nothing to them, customer or not.

Im done with this company.

Unfortunately, the support teams are no longer good and there are many bugs in Breakdance.

They decided to abandon the previously marketed oxygen builder with lifetime license to create this new one with yearly licenses. Normally they would extend their original product and not create a new one.

We all know what that means.

Trust for this company has dropped below 0 as in probably a couple of years the breakdance builder will be overtaken by something else to extort more money.

Also the drop in price on oxygen builder seems to reflect this.
