I had an awful experience with Breakout Holidays. They use fake English names to appear legitimate, but the service is anything but professional. They completely mishandled my visa documents, which caused me to go with missing paperwork — something that could have been easily avoided if they had done their job properly.

The cover letter they wrote was so poorly done that even the clerk at the visa center advised me not to apply with it. When I went back to them to ask for help, they were rude and dismissive, even telling me to “behave.” Their chat representative kept calling me mate — completely unprofessional language for a supposed travel agency.

To make things worse, they even belittled the concert I was trying to attend, saying it was “useless.” They wasted my time and money, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them.

Amazing agency, very professional and quick in responding, knowledgeable staff - if they are handling your application, you can sit back and relax.

They were just good from the onset i made contact,all docs were prepared by them and as it was my first time. Lots of questions i asked and they will respond promptly

I applied for my schengen visa through breakout holidays and it was best experience. They were always there to help me whenever i reached out to them , and the way to deal with their clients explaining each and everything is incredible . I recieved my visa today , thanks to their amazing team , i will surely choose them for all my next trips .

It was a great experience, they were quick to reply my messages and always kept me on the loop with everything that’s going on. I would recommend someone for sure.

If I could give o stars I would,avoid how much you can,they will reply promptly and say that they reach terms and after you pay the 50£ deposit,one week is going and someone from India will call you to tell you what paperwork you need,and that what you’ve already agreed is not more valid,so you losing your time and your money.
Avoid,avoid,I don’t know who write this good reviews???
Update:I was contacted by the manager to get a refund in exchange of removing the review,I said No.
This review cost me 50£,so think better before going with them.

Another update:I send the agent all the documentation required for the visa appointment(I ask: do I need anything else?he said no,after they give you the appointment we will discuss the rest of the documents),image you are sending them personal documents,and after a week he didn’t even upload anything in my visa application he ask me the same stuff again,using words like:”mate”…
I have the conversation on WhatsApp so I don’t know what the manager is talking about here?
I couldn’t travel the time I was planning because of them
