Thank you for your feedback. we completely understand the frustration around limited promotions. To clarify, our free 5K account offer was genuinely available to the first 20,000 verified participants who completed all required steps, including Discord verification and correct email submission.
Thousands of traders successfully received their accounts, but a number of entries were disqualified automatically due to incomplete submissions or verification issues. We never promise unlimited accounts as the 20K limit was clearly stated on our official post.
If you believe you completed everything correctly but didn’t receive your account, please message us on Discord tickets or on our Instagram and we’ll manually check your entry to make sure everything’s in order.
We appreciate your patience and want to reassure you that the giveaway was real. Our goal has always been to support and reward genuine traders.
