Great for running
I am a competitive runner with a deviated septum which makes it hard for me to breathe through my nose when racing. The product with the magnets has definitely helped to open up my nasal passage on the problem side and get more O2 in. I only run 5-10km events and have not had any issues with the adhesive coming loose with sweat. Definitely worth a try.

Mouth tape doesn’t work with a moustache so I’m assuming with any facial hair, the pads you stick to your nose don’t last the night on or stick on well enough.
Cannot recommend at all.
