No refunds
Paid for test for entry to Usa but is no longer required as USA have lifted testing requirements. Breath assured will not give any refund. Very poor policy.

Really disappointed with this company
Really disappointed with this company. USA have stopped doing covid testing for entry. Spent £130 on test which are not now required. All other companies giving refunds or part refunds. Absolutely shocking paying for a service which I will not be receiving.
Since writing this had £80.50 refunded £50 not -£10 per test admin. Still think legally am entitled to full refund as no boxes opened and within 14 days but they are refusing to refund the rest.
