The pyjamas are of acceptable quality, though not exceptionally well made, and the cotton is quite thin. I hope they will withstand wear; however, the monogram stitching lacks precision and there are loose threads. I placed this order at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift, but due to a lead time exceeding two weeks, it did not arrive in time. In addition, none of my inquiries regarding the order status received a response.

Given the price point, I cannot recommend these products and would advise against purchasing from this company due to its inadequate customer service.

This is my third set of Breathe PJs. Beautiful cotton, great cut - comfortable to sleep in. The website was easy to use and delivery was within a couple of days. Excellent service.

I ordered from BREATHE but had to return my order. It took a week and a follow-up email just to get my return request acknowledged and receive the return address. After returning the item, I received no confirmation of receipt and no update on my refund.

Despite multiple follow-ups, and eventually leaving a negative review, it took four weeks from the return date before I finally received a response (via text message) confirming that my refund was being processed.

They have since apologised and assured me that the refund is now on its way, but the lack of communication and long delay were unacceptable. If you need to return something, be aware that there may be issues.

I've given 2 stars because the items were lovely quality. Would I order from them again? No.

I spotted these pyjamas last year whilst in Fenwicks and forgot how lovely they were! The store closed and I rediscovered them online as not a brand I knew well.
I chose the monogrammed version as never had such an item before.
I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. There is minimal fuss, no annoying emails and tracking texts. Minimal plain packaging.
The Pjs themselves are as lovely as I remembered, great quality, and the monogramming is a lovely touch.
Only problem is now I need them in another colour too!
Also please bring back the shorts as I would love to mix and match, especially in warmer weather.

This is my third pair of pjs from breathe they are very well made and really good quality plus they wash very well and do not shrink

Great service, prompt delivery, excellent product. I ordered a shorts set and they contacted me right away to let me know that those ones were unfortunately sold out, but gave me a discount on a trousers set.

I already had one pair of these pjs already , so I know the quality is amazing. So I had to get the personalised PJs for my wedding morning and cannot wait to wear them. Also Thankyou so much for gifting me free socks too! So kind!

Friendly Communication, good service

These are the fifth pair I have bought for myself and opted for the Khaki plus robe. They are everything!! The quality is unmatched and they feel and look amazing on. Have also bought a pair for most of the women in my family and they all agree. Thoroughly recommend and cannot wait for the launch of the pink ones. Also service is always impeccable. Love this brand!

I met this company at Wynyard Hall Christmas Fayre. Wow-loved the products on sale so much that I bought a cami set in white with black piping for my daughter’s Xmas present & a lovely pair of pj in white with black zebra stripes for me!! The materials are gorgeous-that crisp luxe cotton feel. I was looking to buy some posh pjs for Xmas online but found a lot of the patterns a bit heavy. These however were stylish, lovely to touch & selling like hot cakes!!! And they made our Xmas-huge thank you to the lovely lady I met.

I can only wear cotton products, due to my health reasons. I bought a pair of pyjamas that are made with great quality and elegance. Best cotton pyjamas I have ever worn.
