You are fast reliable with delivery. I have been using for 8 months now and love it. Vaping was killing me.

I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences I can remember with Breath Lio. After contacting them multiple times, I received absolutely no reply — not even an acknowledgement.

The product failed to meet expectations and, to make matters worse, when I tried to resolve the issue and cancel my subscription, I was completely ignored. They still took payment from my account without consent or resolution.

People often don’t think about communication when buying something, but when you’re unhappy, it becomes the single most important thing — and Breath Lio failed completely. This is unacceptable behaviour from any company. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding Breath Lio altogether.

I still haven't received still waiting for it to come in the mail to be delivered

I am not that much satisfied with the product as it shown in Ads only minty Magic, Cold Turkey & Cinnamon Spice feels good but Ohh my orange was not feel good and that does not help me to quite smoking so far, Giving more promotion but really not that much it feel cold feel that's it!

Smoked for over 20 years and trying to stop with Lio and seems to be working so far 😁

Wrong content and slow postage

The only flavour worth buying is the mint. The others have no taste whatsoever.

Nice product, great support.

Accept mint is ok to reduce my vape. Rest all the other flavour is very bad and again start to vape.

Personally, the fruits flavours and not giving a satisfaction

I actually thought this was a scam because it took way too long to arrive, I guess I got very use to Amazon! Glad it wasn't a scam!

I enjoyed it a lot and it helped me to quit smoking I have recommended it to many people and I bough a gift for my best friend to help him to quit

I feel like stupid blowing a hollow wooden stick profusely to get a faint taste. Mint core is still ok but orange, even the new one is completely useless. The idea is good but they need to add more spice to the core so that when we blow, we are able to get some stronger taste. Otherwise there is no point in spending so much to buy a hollow stick and few useless cores, just get a hollow stick from somewhere and blow air, the effect will be the same

I have not received my order. I contacted support regarding the delivery issue and have not received an answer either!
I made an order through the Uk website, then to find out the product is shipped from the Netherlands. The shipping company ha now notified me I am being charged extra 40 pounds for customs fees. I had already paid a shipping fee in addition to the value of the product

My order has not arrived and would like a full refund Very well saying it's on its way but do not require anymore as purchased something else similar which has arrived and not late like your product so demand a refund immediately.
Also I have had no communication back from you after sending many emails requesting my refund so terrible customer service and my parcel is still sitting in same delivery depot for a while week tomorrow which is beyond ridiculous!
