Richard has been friendly and professional throughout the whole experience and nothing has been too much trouble. He has been efficient and timely with his work and done what he has said he will as well as giving clear explanations of processes/ next steps to guide us along. After a down-valuation from an initial lender for my BTL purchase, Richard took me through my available options and offered useful advice considering my circumstances. The subsequent lender offered at the full valuation at an even lower repayment amount, so happy days. For my previous 3 mortgage transactions I have always found Richard to be knowledgeable, approachable and experienced in dealing with any unforeseen issues. Highly recommended.
