Only down side is their courier service doesn't deliver until 8pm at nyte and my business is usually closed by 5.30pm.
But except for that great 👍....

Fantastic! Spoke to me like a real person. The service was the best. Not too pushy and very helpful.
I wrote a harsh review here and emailed similar. The next day the company's owner rang personally to promise resolution of matters and several members of the team followed through over the next few days to ensure matters were eventually sorted. There were issues. They did fail on the first two days after initial contact prompting my harsh review. It did take longer than it should. Once the owner knew they put actions in place and gave ongoing updates to get things resolved.
I have deleted my negative review and it is good to see a company that bothers and cares to act to get things resolved. We all make mistakes. It should have been resolved quicker but once management was aware they sorted matters.
Well done, I was going to cancel my contract. Now I will remain.
