Every experience has been seamless. It's been a great option for many different situations. It could be a last minute off-site or a chance to get away from the open-office floor plan. I appreciate the app and the photo quality for each location. Thanks!

I was very impressed with both the ease of setting up our account and booking the meeting space. The online experience was one of the best I've ever had. Very easy to change the reservation and to cancel. Our business needs are fluid and can change at a moment's notice. The Breather experience enabled our executives to keep their schedules fluid during a very busy conference.

I love breather. Great customer care - u actually get to speak with someone immediately. No digital menus. The space was clean and the AC was on when I arrived so the space was already cool which was great because it was hot outside. Easy to use app and easy to make reservations and change them. I would give 5 stars except for a few issues: the light bulb was out in the hallway making it very dark when trying to access the code to get in; no one came to replace it before my client arrived. ALSO I suggest u have tissues and extra paper towels and toilet paper supplies available in the rooms for your users SINCE THE RESTROOM ran out! This is NOT OK! And lastly. To have some cleaner for the white board. The eraser was awful. Overall, however, other than those exceptions, I was very pleased and will recommend and would use breather again.

Great 24/7 customer service and beautiful space. Note that you can't have items shipped there prior to the date, so if you don't need that then Breather is perfect.

Convenient and great space clean and so many locations all over the city . I have referred several of my friends to Breather and have been using for the past 3 years .

The meeting room in Santa Monica was as advertised except for the air conditioner (AC) was not adequate for a hot afternoon in Santa Monica. Thankfully the patio was in the shade and the afternoon breeze was refreshing. I would book this room again.

Excellent experience

Booked a meeting room space for an off-site meeting and it was great! Awesome location (right in the heart of the Byward Market), and the space itself was a balance of exposed bricks, skylights, and modern-contemporary furniture. I would definitely use this space again!

There was miscommunication from the beginning. I got the impression that the rental fee included clean up at the end; however they charged us for that service. Good thing there was a representative delivering the flip charts we requested in the morning because the TV was not working. However, they stated that there is usually a $100 fee for their "concierge" service (meaning a representative to come out). Although they didn't charge us for that, they gave us a courtesy, it doesn't seem desirable for someone to rent the space knowing they'll be charged for someone to come out and fix something if they're already paying for the use of it! The paper towels ran out in the bathroom and there were no more located anywhere in the space. We were not warned that there was construction in the space next door. Our meeting was very distracting from the hammering and drilling. The caterers could not get in the building without a code so there was a delay in getting our food. Overall just not a smooth experience as I had hoped.

Great room, great location. Just a bit of an issue with the building - they required every attendee's name and photo before allowing access to the room. Biggest complaints center around the food service delivery service recommended by Breather (and I've addressed concerns directly to the company), but from Breather's perspective, cater2.me doesn't seem to understand Breather's business model. They asked me for access and parking instructions, when I had no idea. They also recommended menus not entirely appropriate for a rental room situation without a kitchen, didn't provide plates, etc. Finally room had limited whiteboard space

Fantastic offering, great locations, convenient booking, good well stocked rooms.

Loved the space and the customer service from Breather. Everything worked, it was quiet, the space was large, comfortable, clean, affordable, and nicely designed. Only downside is not enough parking.

Our experience with Breather was completely unacceptable and we will never be working with Breather again. My suggestion would be that Breather does not rent this space for awhile. Its insanely loud even without the jack hammering. Many folks who rented in the space were relocated. We decided not to move due to deadlines.
