This is a scam company with a scam website. They claim to be a UK company but are based in China. They use a UK email address, until you buy from them then you receive an international tracking number. When the goods are not as described, its not the UK that you return your order to for a refund, nope its China. They charge UK prices for a knockoff from China. Please DO NOT BUY from these clowns. My sister ordered a breathing otter from this company on the 10th of December for my son for Christmas. It's now the 21st of January, and the company still has not fulfilled the order. Moreover, they just don't respond to emails - it is absolutely a scam! Avoid at all costs.
I was really nervous to buy these breathing animals because I knew there were so many cheap knock offs. I thought i had found the real thing with you. I was wrong.
They are loud, clunky, poorly made and the otter has already got an issue. When breathing, the tummy no longer goes up and down. We have only used it 3 nights!!!! Not good enough!!!!!
