I was hoping for more from this product. The design is attractive, but the functionality is limited. It's essentially just a small piece of metal like a pen top that can be attached to the necklace (which I actually like). I'm not sure if I will ever use this.

Product is fine but can literally buy the same thing for $8 on amazon.

I wouldn't rate my experience at all, I ordered one in Dec 23 it's now 31.1.24 & received nothing & no replies to my emails. This is a sham, please don't order, they take your money & you get nothing

Think this site is a scam!! Ordered product over a month ago paid £22 ! Have not received my order nor had and correspondence with them at all an I have sent numerous messages! And when I track my order it says order cannot be found ! My order number is B1167 if they’re a genuine company and want to look it it!

I purchased 4 necklaces, one of each colour, spent close to $80AUD. Little to no shipping or delivery information available, I was told “1-2” business days. Failing to tel me it’s being shipped internationally and will actually take 3 weeks. When I voiced this complaint, they decided to refund my order, without speaking to me first. So here I was complaining that my delivery would take weeks to arrive, and now I’m receiving no delivery at all. I placed this order a week ago today, and was only confirmed today that my order had been cancelled and not being sent anymore. I sent multiple emails for clarification, but this company is selected to which emails they respond to. There was no accountability at all. No resolution. They even offered to ‘unrefund’ my sale, (meaning they still have access to my card details and we’re about to process that sale again)

All I can say is, after this experience, I’d rather continue smoking.

Waste of time, may as well use a pen top, at times I had bad cravings I needed a hit of nicotine and this didn’t give anything that resembles a hit you may as well cut a straw into a 2inch length and use that.
I did stop vaping but it was due to mindset, will power, avoiding all scenarios when I vaped the most, oh and a boat load of stress and frustration.
This product didn’t help one bit, just a gimmick to get you to spend your money.

You get what you pay for...kind of. This is clearly a cheap replica of the Komuso Shift, which is what I expected, but what I got was not even that good.

Their website says they have over 100 trustpilot reviews and a 4.5 average...but as you can see, they have very few reviews and a 3.7 average at this time. A lot of the reviews here and on their website seem fake.

I wrote to them because despite paying extra for priority shipping, my order hadn't arrived after 10 days, and got an email back from someone with the username "Christmas LEDs." I'm guessing this is a company that sells a lot of cheap knockoff merch. I got my order after 15 days. It arrived just in a tiny bubble mailer with no documentation or business card or anything.

The product itself is not as pictured/advertised. It's an open metal tube about 2.5" long and 1/3" wide with an angle on one end, which is what I expected, however mine arrived with big chips in it, revealing that it is coated in some kind of black paint. Even if the material underneath is medical grade stainless, which I doubt, what is in the black paint coating? I don't want to put that in my mouth.

The chain is very very thin as is the clasp, and the chain does not run through a metal "handle" as pictured on their site, but rather through two metal holes drilled straight through the tube. It's not to say this doesn't pace your breathing, but I am concerned enough for my health not to be putting random painted objects in my mouth over and over.

Thankfully, the seller refunded me after I emailed them with my concerns, which is appreciated. I will be buying the Komuso Shift, which is what I should have done in the first place. Live and learn.

Don't waste your time. It's nothing like advertised. It's smaller than my little finger. You're better off using a Maccie Ds straw.

The product is not overly expensive at $34.99 AUD (ex shipping) however it is a cheap quality chain that is too small for my neck to allow usage of the tube while wearing. There is also an inch of chain overhang that wasn’t trimmed. The actual breathing tube doesn’t provide any breath control as advertised, it’s just a cylinder with an angle cut at the end. I admit I haven’t contacted the supplier regarding my issues, however the statements on the website don’t fill me with confidence and if they won’t refund me for a return I’m not going to waste my time for a replacement i don’t want.
