Level 1 Breathwork Retreat has been absolutely profound. Johannes and his team along with the other beautiful participants made for a trip of a lifetime. I not only accessed deeper layers within my own healing, but I have been set up to continue pursuing my mission of teaching and helping others to heal more deeply.

Johannes & the Breathless team are incredibly talented at what they do & do it with boundless kindness, compassion and positivity. The entire weekend was well planned and expertly delivered & myself & everyone else came away feeling amazing - grounded, loved, seen, heard & connected. And most importantly, ready to go out into the world and start teaching. Would recommend it in a flash.

What an amazing experience this past weekend in the beautiful Snowy mountains. We experienced it all, even snow in March on the way in…what a perfect time to practice my breathing to stay calm for the last hour of the drive. And my oh my, was it worth it, the beautiful souls I had the privilege of meeting, the experiences & stories we shared and definitely some lifelong friends to take away.
The cherry on top is of course what we all came for, to learn and to grow with the power of breath, and Johannes has created a safe space where learning became fun and he pushed us all to get out of our comfort zones and get into things. I feel so equipped for facilitating breath flows now! Thank you and the whole Breathless team, from the bottom of my heart, keep shining and sharing the magic you all have 🫶🏽

Honestly I'm not sure where to even start in my praise for the Breathless facilitator training!!! I've done many certifications, workshops, retreats over the course of the last 25 years as a naturopath, coach and mind-body practitioner and this one tops them all easily. I did the immersion mountain level 1 which was spectacular in every way. From the energy and welcoming on arrival by Johannes and all the team, to the support, nurturing, guidance to the very last teary good bye as we all parted to return home, and every minute in-between was exceptional. Travelled from the Netherlands to be part of the in-person instructor training, and it was so so so worth it! I learned so much, the location was incredible, but most importantly the connections made during our time there as a group - you can’t describe it. I highly recommend Breathless, and I will return for Masters at some point. Thank you Johannes and the rest of the team guiding us, for creating such a beautiful space.

The Breathless instructors course superseded my expectations. I not only gained valuable experience to have the skills to be a Breathwork instructor but had profound personal realisations and breakthroughs.
The accommodation and the food owe the food so delicious. I will go back just for the food 😉 I also made friends now who will be friends for a very long time who are dear to my heart as they are all like-minded individuals. My experience was great because of the knowledge Johannes has and has passed down to all of his instructors. This company really gets it right. The experience is life changing. The retreat was amazing from the food to the breathwork. The chalets are beautiful and so is the whole community there. They welcome you in like family. And Breathless is a family I'm proud to be a part of. I highly recommend coming to the mountains for training. I left with a lot of knowledge and a lot more curiosity. That's why I'm going back in 6 months for my masters class. Johannes is very thorough and such an amazing teacher and mentor. His team are always there to help in any way they can. If you ever need anything, they are on it. I can't say enough good things about the Breathless team. I hope to be able to come back and help facilitate. What a honor that would be.

The course and in person intensive was very well structured and incredibly supportive.
The content was delivered really clearly and in a way that I can integrate into my professional work as a psychologist. Since completing the course I’ve been able to use many of the techniques and principles with my clients.
The most beneficial part of the course was the in person intensive, I gained so much knowledge professionally but took more away personally. It helped me sink a bit deeper into my own personal journey with breathwork and allowed me to find an incredible community of people.

The framework that Johannes & the Breathless team has created it's amazing. Perfect combination between proven science & healing (through body-mind-soul healing) it's what got my attention in the first place and I couldn't fin a better community to be and experience it. I recently finished the Breathless instructor course with my partner, which consisted of online modules, 2 x weekly live sessions and an in person integration in the snowy mountains across a long weekend. We tossed up a couple different places to study but were drawn to the evidence based approach of Breathless. We’re so so grateful with our choice, the content was comprehensive yet easy to understand and the in person experience was so much more valuable than either of us expected. There was so much knowledge and practical learning packed into the weekend and I was so inspired by Johannes’ commitment to getting the science out to the world. There was no “gatekeeping” of what he has discovered and consolidated, he operates with so much integrity and I really respect that. I left feeling completely confident in getting out there and starting my own events. What I also didn’t expect was how much healing and heart opening I would experience too. We built such magical connections with each and every person at the integration, and the setting in the mountains really topped it off too. We were also so grateful for the support of the team, who picked us up from our hotel and cooked the most amazing food. If you’re thinking about it, definitely make the investment. Not only to be able to offer breathwork to others but to learn how to live and breathe better for yourself.

A few months ago, my partner and I began searching for Breathwork training and were fortunate to come across Johannes and Breathless. What immediately stood out was how deeply grounded the course was in science, while still being infused with genuine passion from both the content and the mentor behind it.

I’d done other courses but none have come close to the quality of Breathless. Initially I had some hesitations because of the investment but the training and education was incredibly thorough, the facilitation from Johannes expert and the in-person weekend truly was the experience of a lifetime! His passion radiates and he’s really here to empower us facilitators to ripple positive change in the world. It was super inspiring both from an education perspective but also personal development wise, plus an amazing way of creating new aligned community. I feel equipped to go out into the world and teach - couldn’t recommend more!

The course work was detailed and practical, and we had a lot of opportunities to facilitate sessions so I left feeling capable of doing so in my community.
