The most valuable course I’ve ever done. It not only changed my life as a professional, but also my personal life. Kaspers teachings are super complete with a lot of scientific fundamentals and a spectrum of spirituality as well. I love that Kasper teaches from source; you will learn everything you need to tailor make protocols for yourself and the people you want to guide.
Everything you need to know and everything to feel like a breathwork professional. And the package also comes with a family/ tribe. The course changed my life for the better, wouldn’t wanna miss it.

“Understand and explain any breathing technique out there” it said, and that is what I went for. And yes, we got that too, but we got so much more. Kasper and his team made us all feel so safe and seen that we did not just gain some extra knowledge, but discovered parts in ourselves that we didn’t even know that existed. I learned to be more vulnerable, but at the same time discovered my strength. Truly processing what you have learned never stops, but I’m absolutely confident I’m now more ready than ever to help others with their breath-journey.

Considering that you don’t need certification to be a breath coach, I would still happily return over and over again… for the information, the laughs, the love, the tribe, the experience and exchange of experiences during the masterclasses.

The best Breathwork course I've completed and I've done quite a few. Kasper is not just an incredible teacher but his vision for these Masterclasses are next level. You will not need any other course. The Breathwork Masterclass encompasses all the different approaches, methods, schools that focus on breath. Grounded on science and flourishing through self experimentation. Warmly recommended!

This is the place to be if you are serious about facilitating breathwork! Kasper and his excellent team offer you knowledge, experience and loads of theory, combined with a lot of opportunities to practice. This might not be that surprising for a breathwork masterclass, but Kasper has this inspiring way of sharing all his knowledge to really serve you becoming the best possible breathwork facilitator. You learn not just one technique but a broad variety of styles. Prepare to experience deep dives in your own breath as well to transform and grow. Humour, mindset, cold and music are the cherries on the cake. Loved it! 😍

Kasper knows how to lead group processes, can explain matter clearly and also tell a lot around it with good jokes. A combination of scientific theory, profound processes in breathing sessions, practicing together and all this with a lot of peace and attention. You are well prepared for working as a breath coach. The accommodation is also super arranged with delicious food and super caring people.

Kasper has all the bandwidth from beeing spiritual to being scientific and he blends all his approaches in his harmonical teaching. His experience as a teacher is invaluable and his musical background is enjoyed especially from people like me, who would like to work and develop this skillset. Amazing deep dive into breathwork!

Finished level 2 of the Breathwork Masterclass. Great combination of theory and practice which enables fast learning. Intense but at the same time very relaxed. Very fun week in which I felt very connected with myself and with the amazing group of caring people. I learned a lot about my own breath, the connection of body and mind, the nervous system and about how to guide other people in improving their breath. Very happy to experience this opportunity!
