You Failed
I ordered the items in May. They didn't arrive. I started sending you messages asking about the order. After THREE WEEKS of messages Tiffany Andrews finally answered me. In the meantime, you had run out of one of the items I ordered. I FINALLY received the order TODAY, mine weeks later. And BTW cancel my current order for the battery. I will deal with someone else.

Prices are always great and shipping is very fast. Been my go to vape shop for many years.

I tried to order 1 bottle of one vape liquid and after reading the descrip, scrolled back up to add them to my cart. What I didn't realize is you guys have a "liquid of the day" RIGHT UNDER THE ONE YOURE LOOKING AT that you can order. Of course I accidentally ordered the liquid of the day instead of the one I wanted and didn't realize my mistake until they showed up. Worse yet, the liquid of the day was supposed to be fruit loops flavored but actually tastes like the dust at the bottom of a bag of Cheerios so I just wasted money and got nothing out of it. Granted it's my fault for not checking my cart but also this isn't an issue on literally any other website I order stuff from. Your trash web design certainly doesn't help people like me who just assume a business would have a functional website.

It’s a good company I’ll buy again. But!!! I paid for signature required and I. Never signed for it. I know it’s not your fault but I’m paying extra money for nothing . The same delivery experience I get with no signature required. To me it’s a ripoff. Extra money for an invisible product I have to do and I’m not getting my money’s worth it’s the same deal
