I also had a terrible time trying to place the order until i called customer service & they told me your website doesn’t work with the Safari browser. Not sure why your IT dept wouldn’t just fix that issue.

The prices and shipping is way too high…
The prices and shipping is way too high compared to competitors. The reimbursement policy for duds is awesome. But I feel like I am totally dealing with corp flowers not a family farm
What would be really helpful is if you gave up adding marketing stuff in the box and attached flower labels on the actual packages. Packing slip w/o photos makes it more confusing when planting lots of bulbs
Taping a plant id on package is a really good idea your competitors already us - do it pls

I ordered a peony
I ordered a peony. It is not scheduled to be delivered until November 3 to 17th. That is 2 weeks or up until 4 weeks after initial order. Don't advertise that you are delivering. It gives one the impression that delivery is prompt. Nov. 17 it a little late for Ohio.
