FABULOUS FOOD

Always first class food and service with a very warm welcome .

Somewhat disappointed - the service excellent, the packaging tedious. I realise that ordering ready made food is hugely convenient but the produce inevitably suffers a little from being frozen.
Although I am unlikely to order again (partly because I would prefer to cut down on unnecessary cardboard surplus), for those who really do want the convenience then this brand is probably as good as any one might find.
Apologies for being lukewarm - now that I have tried it decided this kind of service is just not for me.

Excellent service from ordering food to receive delicious meals. Ordered the package of single meals ( 3 mains, 3 desserts and the chocolate and Guinness Loaf). Was spoilt for choice so will order different dishes next time! The food, packaging and delivery was first class.... just what you would expect from Breda. Will definitely continue to use this delivery service and would highly recommend

The fish pie was tasty but for us lacked smoked fish and needed more potato- it was a very thin layer, almost see through in places. The sticky toffee pudding, brownies and chocolate Guinness cake were delicious.
Very well packed and delivered as described.

Delicious food, easy to heat and lovely to eat. And the ginger cake! We’ll be back.

Delivered on time. Well packed, particulars liked the wool insulation. Lovely touch the handwritten note from Breda - much appreciated.

Lovely food and great, friendly service. Enjoyed the pork belly and my wife the cod dish. Both had the vanilla creme brulee that was really delicious (loved the gooseberry compote with it).
Great outdoor dining.

The food was excellent and tasted home made and was definitely as good as described .
My only concern is the delivery process as the food is frozen and when it arrived during a warm spell at the beginning of April it had started to defrost .
Delivery by DPD was not in a refrigerated van. It had been in transit for over 24 hours .
I did contact the company about my concern and didn’t get a helpful response .
The food was fine but it has put me off reordering .
Something the company needs to reassure customers about .

I am very sorry to say the overall experience of my meals was poor. For example the Thai chicken curry was light on the chicken, and the taste was just ok. The bread and butter pudding and lemon drizzle were good, but the rest poor. Not worth the price, sorry.

Excellent food, the chickpea curry was great, well packed and on time. Good value for money too.
Will be ordering again soon.

Had our first meal today and it was just beautiful, fish pie is outstanding. Can’t wait for the next one. Delivery was perfect and the packaging is great, everything arrived still frozen ready for the freezer. Will be ordering again.

We ordered 4 meals for 2 plus 2 puddings for 2 and a cake for the freezer. We have not yet finished them all but so far the meals and puddings have been delicious. They arrived on schedule and well packed. We would highly recommend Breda Murphy. My sister had recommended her to me and am so glad she did.

The whole process was very efficient from initial order to delivery. The website is easy to follow .

We have thoroughly enjoyed our Easter box of delicious meals and Easter treats so far.
The meat in the Irish Stew was so very tender and tasty and the classic fish pie a total winner, as always. So good, that in fact we have brought some of the meals away to Norfolk to our self catering cottage, so it will provide cosy homely comfort food to return to after our walks by the sea. Oh and those deserts... divine, wholesome and moreish... we will have to walk several miles to earn those but it will be worth it!!

Things went very pear shaped with the delivery company, no fault of Breda Murphy.

They went exemplary in rectifying the problem.

Have only eaten the cake so far but it was delicious

My Easter delivery arrived on time perfectly packed ready to go straight into the freezer..
Already eaten one Lasagne and the Fish Pie... both delicious as only Breda knows how to make them ...bravo and thank you to Guy, all the staff and chefs .
..I will be back...
