Scam

I signed up for what was advertised as a £1 seven-day trial. Additional charges of £4.99 and £14.99 were taken without my clear understanding or authorization.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would, multiple times I have asked to cancel my subscription and I believe I finally had, I took an online test then said take £1.00 for the results, only when you do this they also debit £14.99 and £4.99 without consent or making it clear that they are doing it.
I have requested a refund and cancellation however now finding they are attempting a £39.99 debit without consent so I have reported them to my bank.

DO NOT USE AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT TO CANCEL IS NON EXISTENT FOR A SUPPOSED MENTAL HEALTH APP, I SUFFER EXTREME SOCIAL ANXIETY AND THIS HASN'T HELPED END RESULT ORDERING A NEW DEBIT CARD AND REQUESTED MY BANK TO STOP ANY FURTHER TRANSACTIONS FROM THESE NON ETHICAL VULTURES.

UPDATE: they are still trying to grab money from me left right and centre despite transaction disputes with my bank, BAD COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Did free assessment and fraudently charged anyway

Did free assessment, immediately cancelled any future memberships or charges, using their provided reason "only wanted free test". Days later fraudently charged 14.99 which overdrafted my account. Immedaitely double checked app and stated membership was cancelled. Emailed several times, and noone has emailed me yet - THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Reporting as fraud to my bank, Applepay, and BBB

Noah emailed masking charge as a toolkit lmao- i did not agree to that and it is fraud - either way I am getting refunded and Im still reporting your terrible company

Horrible they don’t even get back in…

Horrible they don’t even get back in contact with you. The test on the ads look NOTHING like they do when you log in to their app. I can’t stand this, they lie scam and cheat you out of money. The app is so hard to navigate, you can’t find out where your results are easily and you have to wait until a subscription starts that you were not warned of for them to give you a response. I asked how to cancel and they didn’t respond, they don’t let you do it from the app as far as I know they couldn’t find it at all… Typical scam crap don’t fall for it, the results are so vague you can’t understand.

Really unhappy, thought id take the test and sign up for a 7 day trial for £1 and some how have been charged another £14.99 and £4.99. I have sent an email asking for a refund which I expect.

Emotionally manipulative onboarding and unclear subscription charges

I took one of Breeze’s trauma/mental health quizzes after seeing an emotionally targeted ad about “survival mode” and childhood trauma. The experience was framed as paying $1 to access quiz results, not as clearly enrolling in a recurring subscription with additional charges.

I was later charged $29.99 plus another $14.99 fee. I canceled the subscription immediately on May 5, 2026 after noticing the charges and contacted support requesting a refund. Breeze confirmed the subscription was canceled, but refused to refund either charge.

My issue is not that policies exist somewhere on their website. My issue is that the recurring subscription and additional charges were not presented in a clear or reasonably conspicuous way during the onboarding/payment flow itself.

What makes this especially concerning is the emotional nature of the marketing. The ads and quizzes are specifically designed around vulnerable topics like childhood trauma, emotional exhaustion, and “survival mode.” In my opinion, companies operating in the mental health space should hold themselves to a higher standard of transparency when it comes to recurring billing and upsells.

To be fair, customer support remained polite throughout the email exchanges. However, the overall experience still felt misleading and intentionally difficult to navigate as a consumer.

My honest recommendation is to avoid this service and seek support elsewhere. In my experience, the app itself was not especially helpful, and the overall business model felt far more focused on emotional marketing and recurring billing than meaningful mental health support.

People engaging with trauma-related or emotionally vulnerable content deserve clear, transparent onboarding and billing practices. I did not feel that this experience met that standard.

Use carefully!

Be careful not to get charged for things you didn’t intend to purchase.
I downloaded the app just to see what it was about. To access the test results, you need to commit to a payment, which is fair enough since you can choose a small amount like £1 or £2.
However, while checking around the app, I somehow ended up being charged for guides, extra support, and who knows what else — without any extra confirmation steps. Suddenly another £20 had been taken from my account for things I definitely did not plan to buy.
Good point is that after reaching out to customer service I managed to get the refund of services I didn't want to buy, so at least their action made this experience a bit better.

Scammers who will take your money no matter what you click

Signed up for a free trial and DEFINITELY turned off auto renewal. Contacted them when I realised I had been charged two monthly payments of £25 (how much?!) but they won’t refund. Lesson learned don’t click on these scammers sites, they just prey on those with mental challenges abd take advantage at every step. Buyer beware.

Scam Company

A so called wellbeing company that causes stress by taking money off people! I got billed £25 this morning, and I have not used the app or signed up for anything.....utter scam. I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank.

I can see from others that they are all having similar issues, in fact the bulk of all complaints are this, and the party line from whoever responds is 'this is all explained in the sign up process' ...well two things
1) It clearly isn't well explained...hence the number of complaints

2) why is there no unsubscibe option in your app?

I have trawled it, and even had I accidentally signed up, why is there no clear 'get out' mechanism in place?, not in the apple store or in the app...you simply do not appear, other than on my banking app....

I installed their app and went through…

I installed their app and went through the "test" and found it absolutely useless, so I cancelled my membership and uninstalled the app within a few minutes. Three days later they charged me. I have tried making contact, but they have not responded. Guess they can deal with my banks fraud department.
UPDATE: In answer to their response, I had cancelled, I have the cancellation email and I did not authorise any other purchases as you claimed in the email. It is amazing that it takes posting a negative review here to get a company to respond. I sent you a dozen emails that you never responded to. Stop scamming people.
