They welcome you with open arms “we would like to help you” then offer you $1 for a few days to check it out, then once you put your card details, thats it for you. $20 clean sweep. Then multiple trials to take more. Whats up with that? Why can you guys run a simple and honest company. And as per many comments i wasnt the only one. I even clicked on do not accept offer but guess what, money out. Lmao.

Very basic and useless app. Great for surface level, unhelpful assessments. Poor advice and AI backend. Purpose, Rosebud, etc much better. Like most on here, they rope you in with the $1 trial and suddenly they hit you with $29.99 charges each month. Unwavering cancellation and refund. Pissed away nearly $80 before I checked my credit card statement. Customer service useless and heartless.

Absolute scammers!... Took a test and they asked you to contribute the amount of money you felt was right. I was happy to pay a pound to see the test results and then all of a sudden money starts coming out of my bank account that I did not agree to I will be taking this further and to the ombisman if I do not get a refund of my money.

so far i have answered 3 questions and it sent me to give a review so its a little quick to expect an applause from me and too quick for me to give an honest opinion.

the app was good for treating the confusion of every person who downloads the app, but it has a subscription. How about the people that who can’t afford to pay the subscription?

Reply from Breeze
I ended up with a subscription without realizing it. I was very frustrated when I got charged. I wrote a review on here that was a one star. After that they refunded my money and gave me a three month trial.

Edit: Updating my review to commend Breeze’s excellent customer service. They were very helpful and cleared everything up for me.
I was somehow signed up for this and don’t remember how, but I’ve been charged $29.99 for 6 months without even knowing it. The subscription doesn’t show up in my Apple subscriptions, and when entering my email address on their website it says I don’t have an account with them. Somehow I’m out $180 without even knowing how, and with no way to stop it. I have emailed their support requesting a cancellation, so hopefully that doesn’t end up being an ordeal.
I think it’s pretty low to trick people out of money, especially for an app that is supposed to help people with their mental health…

Very respectable and responsive support team. I am grateful. I was confused about charges on my credit card and the problem was resolved within minutes- I needed to cancel and it was taken care of without any issues or cajoling me to stay.

Mostly cause it took a lot of back and forth

I tried breeze out and while a cute concept, discontinued my membership as it was a bit pricey. The cancellation process was difficult but not impossible.
However, beware that Breeze is also behind a bunch of other mental health “quizzes” on IG that are behind a paywall.
After taking one of these quizzes, I suddenly found myself paying for a Breeze subscription again. Very confused, I contacted the company, only to be responded with canned responses for months. As each month passed, I was being charged $30. It was obvious to them I never used the service and when I finally got a human to help me, I’d been charged over $100 and they tell me that “reviewing my case, I am I ineligible for a refund.”
Tl;dr
Company uses various IG fronts to make you sign up for them behind many paywalls and does not follow the “two click” unsubscribe law.
Very hard to get ahold of a human.
They will delay getting ahold of a human so they can keep on charging you.
Scam scam scam
