My experience with Brembo’s customer service has been horrendous. When my order arrived, it contained only half of what I paid for. I contacted Brembo immediately, but it took 10 days just to escalate the issue. Nearly a week after escalation, I still have no update on how they plan to resolve this.

It’s now been over two weeks since I received the partial order. I’ve had to reschedule car appointments twice and will need to do so again. Today, support informed me that regardless of how long this takes, I’ll likely only receive a refund—and even that could take up to a month. If I choose to return the partial order, the process could take 1–2 months for a full refund.

This is unacceptable. Resolving an incomplete order should never take 2+ months. I will not be doing business with Brembo again and strongly advise others to avoid them. If you encounter any issues, expect a complete nightmare to get them resolved.

In my opinion, Brembo is terrible to do business with. Used Brembo website to find brakes for my 2017 Ram Promaster City Tradesman van. Brembo website states rotor is Brembo 09.N248.12 rotor. This rotor does not fit. Tried addressing this with Brembo Store because using Brembo North America website to address this is practically impossible. Brembo North America appears unwilling to correct website for future purchasers of this product. Purchased almost a year ago, so want to make a warranty return. They make it extremely difficult to address warranty returns as you have to send paperwork and the product back to Italy at your own expense. Brembo should take responsibility for its own website. Not correcting it's website for known deficiencies of fit of product and ordering information could, in my opinion, constitute fraud. The hub hole is the wrong size. The lug pattern is also wrong. Wish I had bought from an American Supplier instead. Update 9/21/25 - Brembo aftermarket confirmed 9 days ago that rotors do not fit Promaster City, yet Brembo's website is still not updated meaning people can still buy this rotor that doesn't fit, thinking it does, from the Brembo Store, auto parts stores, and Amazon. Incorrect information has appeared on Brembo's website for almost a year. Does the Brembo Store update its web page when product is proven by the Brembo Aftermarket Department not to fit what is shown on your web page?

Customer service was excellent, he helped back track a PN so I could go to auto store to purchase Brenbo Brake pads. No one from any Autostore or Dealer was willing to take the time to help!

I bought a pair of drums from another store. They were not rounded; had 3 low spot. The car jerked when I braked.
I replaced with Brembo drums. The car smoothly comes to stop, no more jerking when I brake.
However, it took a long time to find drum for my 2000 Toyota Camry LE 4 cylinders. The Brembo drum for the current Toyota version is not available , so the drum for my car is not listed. It took time to track down the previous version of the drums.

The brake pads and rotors were a great value for the price. They brake smoothly and confidently with minimal brake dust. Shipping was quick.

Ordered 2 identical parts & although the p/n's were the same the parts were of different specs. Called customer service & issue was taking care of swiftly. Yes, I would do business with BremboStore again.

The brake pads and rotors that I needed were all out of stock. The only items that were in stock were the brake sensors and the brake fluid. The items that I needed had been out of stock for the past 2 1/2 months. I ended up buying them of eBay.
