I’m really disappointed with our experience. It might be bad luck, but we’ve just received our second damaged hover board. This was a Santa gift for our 11 year old. It not only ruined her Christmas but it was also her last year for believing in Santa. It’s very difficult to explain to a child how we’re sending a gift back to the North Pole. Then she had to wait three weeks to get a replacement that was broken again! How does the company send out TWO broken hover boards?! I’m hoping they will rectify this and get us an undamaged hover board soon, if that’s even possible.

Purchased an electric scooter for a Christmas gift for my 8 year old son. The scooter showed up very quickly and I unpacked it to give a quick charge so it was ready for Christmas. The scooter wouldn’t charge so I contacted Brent’s Cool pics and told them the issue. After trying a few things and not having any success with the charging issue they quickly shipped me another scooter and I sent the problematic one back with no charge. The second scooter worked perfectly. Shawn @ Brent Cool Pics was excellent to deal with and I would definitely recommend their products. Excellent people and they stand by their products.

So far it’s been a great experience, much better than the experience we had online with a different company and hooverboard They answer questions quickly, the board was delivered quickly and has been working great. The colour was a bit darker than it looked online but that happens when doing online ordering. Very happy so far
