One of the best online purchasing experiences I've ever had. Email and over the phone questions were all answered quickly and professionally. I decided on the Hummer Hoverboard and it arrived very quickly. 4 days after the order was placed it arrived in Vancouver! During the 4 days I recieved multiple updates as to the progress of the delivery so there was never any doubt or worry. It was a gift for my friend's son's 7th bday and he loved it!! I would highly recommend Brent's Cool Picks! 100%!!

The service was great. There was a mix up in the delivery (or they they thought there was one). They noticed right away trying to figure out where it was delivered even before I noticed. And it was delivered to the right place but I love that they checked and took the time to make sure everything was ok! And basically I am the coolest mom ever for the best birthday present!!

Ordered online, shipped out quickly to Jasper. My 9 year old daughter loves it. She rides it downtown and back home no problem.

We needed a new charging cord, but I couldn’t remember if I bought original hoverboard from this company. I wanted to make sure the cord was compatible with our hoverboard, so I called the company and they were very helpful with this before I ordered. Once I placed order, the cord came promptly.

We were providing with ways to troubleshoot but need to try those. If they do not work then we are back to square one. TBD.

We ordered a classic hoverboard. It arrived earlier than expected. We also purchased a silicone sleeve. It had a small tear in it and they immediately shipped us a new one. The product is excellent and the service is even better!! If you are considering purchasing a hoverboard this is the way to go!!

Great hoverboard. We ordered the "Hummer All Terrain". Very sturdy and no issues. We later ordered the "Gen 3 Hoverboard Kart" and although very sturdy and functions well, it's a bit small for bigger adults. We are happy with the purchases, shipping, and the prices.

As advertised, the kids absolutely love there Christmas present.
