Thank you for arranging a replacement for my Sea Salt Smart Oven Air Fryer. I appreciate the assistance in resolving this matter.
I was quite disappointed when I noticed the discoloration, as I have invested in the entire Sea Salt collection and absolutely love the aesthetic. In addition to the air fryer, I also own the juicer, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, so maintaining a consistent look throughout my kitchen is very important to me.
Their willingness to stand behind their product and provide a replacement is greatly appreciated. Thank you again for the support and excellent customer service.

Customer service did not listen to me. I had an issue with my kettle and it was very dismissed. Just lasted me two years. I explained that the kettle wouldn’t stop boiling and think that’s more of a safety. It.shouldn’t breakdown compared to what this kettle cost compared to a cheap kettle. I Iasked for this to be escalated. And the guy told me on the phone there’s no point as the outcome would be the same but in the email I received it said it would be escalated and will let me know which is a lie. I won’t be buying Breville again as I think Customer service should’ve listened to me.
