Brevo Referral is reliable, and I appreciate how simple they keep the process. Not every leads turn into a deal, but that’s expected in real estate. It’s easy to communicate with their support team, and the overall experience has been positive.
Just keep realistic expectations, and it’s a valuable tool.

The experience has been mostly…

The experience has been mostly positive. Leads are generally high quality, though some require extra effort to move forword. Communication from the support team is consistent and helpful, which makes following up much easier. The reporting dashboard could be more intuitive, but the over all results make it worth continuing. I would recommend this to anyone willing to put in the work for serious leads.

The entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. After joining the Realtor plan, the lead quality exceeded my expectations. Within just a few weeks, I was having meaningful conversations, and one opportunity is already progressing toward a closing. Truly a worthwhile investment and very satisfied overall.

I got an unsolicited text for referral…

I got an unsolicited text for referral leads to my DO NOT CALL listed number. Clearly this person "Paul" nor the company, checks the list. So what business do they have in a field that's supposed to be guided by ethics? When I informed Paul that I wasn't interested in his offer, he rudely responded with a taunt. So here it is... Please send me $11,000 for Do Not Call Violation. (Paul) shutup. (Me) Don't know much about real estate ethics or good business practice, do you? (Paul) teach me

The experience definitely tested my…

The experience definitely tested my patients at times. A few of the leads made me question how qualified they really were. That said, one strong prospect eventually turned into a real deal, so the service did deliver. It's not completely hands-off and does require some follow-up, but it can work it you're willing to stay involved.

I went in with low expectations because…

I went in with low expectations because I'm based in a small town. Most platforms usually send leads from major cities that never turn into anything. This time, a local family reached out, showed real interest, and ultimately followed through. It look several calls and emails to move things along, but we closed the deal. The reporting isn't always easy to interpret, and tracking active leads could be clearer, but overall the platform feels reliable enough to continue using.

I gave the system a fair shot, and overall, it's decent. Things are kept simple, and communication stays consistent, which makes the experience less stressful.

It's not perfect, but the process feels genuine. Definitely worth trying, just keep your expectations realistic.

Didn't really know what to expect…

Didn't really know what to expect honestly and at first I was annoyed more than anything. The setup felt slow and I had to re read the emails twice because I wasn't sure what step I was on. They did answer when I reached out, but sometimes not same day. I wouldn't say the company is bad, just not as sharp as they think they are. That said, it feels legit and not one of those disappear after payment services. I'm still on the fence.

The first thing that surprised me was…

The first thing that surprised me was that their team actually followed up when I didn't expect it. Brevo's referral system isn't perfect, but the structure makes sense. The dashboard is simple, the reminders are consistent, and they don't push you aggressively. I liked that everything was explained in normal language instead of those complicated sales pitches. They could be faster with support at time, but overall the service gives you a feeling that someone is managing things behind the scenes. Solid experience.

SCAM ALERT!!

Signed up in September. No leads, no communication, no respond to a request for a refund. Crickets when I send emails. No contact numbers. They will take your money and run!!! I have officially reported them as fraudulent. Not waiting any longer.

this company is a scam .. i signed up in july and still in 6 months haven't got a single lead. its garbage. save your money and dont sign up.. they make promises but dont do anything...!!!! beware ..

Signed up late one night and honestly thought I'd regret it. First few interactions were meh, nothing special. I almost ignored their emails. Over time though I realized they were consistent, just not aggressive. Company feels cautious, I don't love everything, but I don't feel ripped off either. Mixed feelings but not angry.

If I could give them negative stars

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I signed up with the intention of receiving leads, paid them $776.93 CAD in April of 2025, and never received a single Lead. Stopped responding to my many emails asking for clarity or specifics. I kept calling and emailing, but they didn't pick up or respond. Finally, they said they would refund me in December, but it would take 4 days. That never happened. Now they are saying that due to holidays they will not be able to respond for another 23 days. Do NOT waste your money on these guys.

***EDIT*** The response by Brevo is a lie, I didn't use my real name for the internet, but they know who I am by my email, they have my information, Brevo - just initiate the refund already and stop taking people's earned money for services that do not exist!!!!

BEWARE!

BEWARE! Derek from Brevo sends out annoying and spam solicitation texts despite being on the Federal Do Not Contact list. No physical address listed either on their website, SUSPICIOUS!

UPDATE: Brevo ATTEMPTED to have my review flagged as “defamatory” to try and silence me since they clearly don’t like this review, but Trust Pilot quickly dismissed that and let this HONEST review stand!
