Fantastic coffee, better service

I discovered Brew Crew through Beans Coffee Club, switched to them exclusively shortly after and never looked back.

The coffee is delicious, perfectly nutty and chocolatey which is what I enjoy in an espresso.

What is even better is the customer service from the owner, Iain. Whether it is the little thank you notes in your order or his quick and helpful support, as a customer it really feels like he goes above and beyond.

I also appreciate the transparency around pricing. Although there was a recent price increase, this was well explained and very reasonable. I have had poor experiences with other roasters/coffee suppliers in the past raising prices regularly and aggressively so this was a welcome change.

Non re-sealable bags

Great website, fast delivery and great coffee. Only let down for me is that the kilo bag isn’t resealable. Obviously I can just buy an air tight container but every other roaster I’ve used provides sealable bags so it’s abit of a let down.

Quick delivery, delicious coffee

Quick delivery that could be tracked, coffee absolutely delicious. Especially love the decaf. Great to spend money and track what projects it is helping too!
