My login problems were sorted quickly and efficiently

Log-in issues resolved quickly and simply. Not postmortem on why I couldn't log in or question asking whether I could find an email with my temporary password to set up two-step authentication. We just went through the process. Thank you, Simon

I had had a problem getting on line but Paul was able to help reset everything and get me online again. Very patient and helpful.

Had an issue with registering on the app, spoke to Kyle Blair a couple of times to try and resolve the issue. Kyle was extremely helpful and the problem was sorted very quickly.

Just tried to call to ask a simple question regarding a transfer of cash in to BD, kept waiting on the line for cira 10 minutes with no one answering, so I hung up.

No service whatsoever.

This gentleman showed unbelievable patience in dealing with an old codger like me! Thanks to him, he sorted my problem out - something I could never have done on my own!
