The bag I ordered was delivered but, it was the wrong micron size. Rex rectified the the issue very quickly and was super helpful. I received the new bag. Quality was top notch.

Delivery was timely and ordering was easy. This was a gift for my nephew who brews his own beer. He was excited to start using this in his brewing process.

As always, quality products, made to my specs and arrived quickly. Besides the occasional muslin sack, there are no other bags we use in our brewery.

Although the process of receiving the bag was drawn out, the final result was fine...I am a repeat customer to BIAB and the product is excellent, very durable and easy to clean. (just throw it in washing machine at a cold setting)

Great product! I use the locking pully to move a heavy light up and down instead of chains and carabiners. Saved a lot of time and effort.

Several years ago Rex Slagel gave me The Brew Bag for free. I have been a happy customer ever since. High quality, long lasting and great price. I got a new bag as my brew system has changed. Also very happy with the hop socks and hop spider bags.

Had a small problem after a few uses but they showed up in a BIG way and took care it. I'm thankful for their Super Fast response!!

Was sent the wrong bag and took about 2 weeks to get here, (slow USPS). They did send me the right bag as quickly as they could. I've used it twice and haven had any stuck mash or clogged pump. Easy to clean the Grainfather G40 and bag afterwards.

Excellent product, well made and durable. I was surprised by how strong the bag is. It held 100lbs of wet grain overnight without deformation, tears or the handles breaking. It was easy to clean. Good job BIB, this item is a winner!

Makes All-Grain process easy and the bags seem to be very high quality. No complaints here.

Love the brew bags! We use them for straining herbal teas in our soda and sparkling water production. They work great. Just got a 100 micron bag to cut down on too much spice fines in our herbal chai concentrate, and we’re happy with the results. The standard 200 micron bag works well also.
