Great customer service, high quality equipment
I ordered a brewing system and a fermenter. Unfortunately the fermenter was out of stock. Because of a webshop issue, customer service contacted me and offered a nice solution. Replies were fast and friendly.
The brewing system and the fermenter are high quality, price is fair. It seems that it will last long. On the other side you can order spare parts. Nice!
Packaging could be a bit better, I also had some little damage on the side but nothing to worry about.
Our first brewing day with the brewtaurus was fun.
We also ordered some accessories in the second place which we are looking forward to get.
We are happy with the new Brewtaurus. Thank you!

Regarding the drain valve: based on user feedback, most brewers use a pump for transfers anyway. That’s why we ship it with a blind plug — cleaner, simpler, fewer parts by default.
