Briant are brilliant

Briant are brilliant, have used Babble and Focus in the past and have had the worst service ever. Briant came along and did what they said and have had no issues what so ever since they did the install.

Brilliant company who do what they say and not mess your business up like the previous cowboys.

Brilliant Briant Broadband

When I first joined Briant they were brilliant, as soon as City Fibre put in the line Briant were round the same afternoon installing & setting up my router. Since then (3 years approx) I've never had any issues with the service provided & the bonus is they are a local company & (so far) easy to contact.

evering thing was faultless

evering thing was faultless. Had a problem porting my house phone over but fully beleive it was due to Sky. All contacts with customer service handled locally and dealt with by them with consideration to my needs. In terms of the product i have now double the download speed for half the price and 10x the upload speed but don't use. Why on earth do normal people allow themselves to be financially abushed by big companies that treat you no more than a number. Thankyou Briant.

I've had my fibre broadband for 10mths…

I've had my fibre broadband for 10mths now and can honestly say it's been brilliant. Briant have been helpful all the way through the installation and dealt with any questions I've had in a polite and punctual way.
Happy to recommend their services to anyone.

Incredible service

Incredible service! Made the switch after getting disillusioned with both Sky and Virgin. I can THOROUGHLY recommend. Nothing has been too much trouble, connection is amazing, solutions to problems forthcoming and customer service excellent. I would never return to the big providers. Very impressed with this service on so many levels.

At home 20/20 Fast but they don't want new customers

At home 20/20 Fast, reliable and reasonably priced.
Tried to get the to provide my church. No connection yet (and for the past year). We currently have a copper connection fed from a pole which bristles with fibre! I contacted Briant and they said they would contact City Fibre. Nothing heard for 4 weeks! Thinking of switching to TOOB.

Efficient service

Efficient service. Invisible wiring. Speed as per stated by Briant, with very few, if any drops.
Had to get modem moved to centre of apartment to spread the coverage better, which was no problem to them.
Would recommend all day long.

Class act

Not a lot I can say really. The speeds quoted are held and frequently exceeded. Can't comment on the customer service as I have had no need to contact them. The two guys who turned up to install the service were pleasant and friendly and didn't make a mess. Altogether, very happy.
