Great Agency
I like this agency. I honestly find it one of the best and i strongly recommend it to everyone. If you have any problems in your house etc they are always solving them in a short period of time.

I used Brian Thomas to deal with the sale of my home and the purchase of my new property. The service was outstanding from the beginning when viewing properties to closing the deal, making sure everything went smoothly with every part of the sale and purchase of my new home. The staff, especially Amaal; were very professional and friendly. They always made me feel very welcome when i visited the office. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

The agency have been very nice to me with prompt responses on issues, and have very good maintenance track record. However, there was a delay with maintenance of an appliance where I was told it was not covered in the maintenance as part of lease, which was not the case. This was resolved later, thanks to the agent for resolving this.

The best provider of managed lettings for landlords. I have never had to make a phone call twice for same thing. Better still, the BTP approach is pro-active. May it be rent/energy certification or any other issues. Reasonable charges & commission. Staff always willing & able to help without any Excuses.
