Expansion to the UK

We were expanding our operations outside of the US and the guidance and assistance we received from Briars was amazing. There were so many things that are different from the US from the payroll to company secretarial to VAT and taxes. It was a tremendous relief that it was something over which I did not need to stress.

I got in touch through a friend

I got in touch through a friend. Wanted to expand my company to the US and hire employees there. Briars handled everything and still do, it has been a success and very easy.

US expansion

I've been a client for several years now and the service has been outstanding, more recently we have expanded into the US and Nicole and Molly have been fantastic, really took the pressure off making the process seamless. Not one for leaving reviews but this one is worth it.

Should have done it sooner

Having put off expanding abroad for several years my partner and I on the recommendation of a lawyer friend spoke to Briars. It became clear pretty quickly that what they could offer removed the obstacles that we were putting in front of this decision. We have now been trading in the US for 2 years. We have employees on site and Briars run our finance and HR teams as a complete outsourced resource, we even include them in quarterly strategy meetings.
