3 x Tracksuits arrived all in same colour(ordered 3 different colour and sizes). The quality was shocking very cheap and synthetic feeling. But the sizing was horrendous and was outlandishly small. Only actually fitting a child not 3 ladys. Refused returns as items not faulty and no responses to my request for refunds

My item came damaged
Track suit came defective ,not true to size, crooked sewing and not nice smell. Basically is no contact with seller, emails are declined what is very frustrating. Please avoid this shop.

My order did not arrive
My order did not arrive, the tracking stated that it had been returned which they confirmed back in June 2024. After numerous messages asking for a refund for goods I had not received they just kept saying the management are looking into it and kept deleting my messages so I would start a fresh message, my last message was sent 6 days ago that they have not responded to. It is now 28th August and I have not received a refund for goods that cost over £50. Shocking customer services not even worth 1 Star rating.
