Confirmed My Address Was "Updated" — Then Shipped to the Wrong One
I placed order and immediately requested a correction to the shipping address. The company replied twice and even confirmed in writing that the address had been updated before shipment. That turned out not to be accurate.
The order was shipped to the wrong address anyway, tracking never changed, and after those two early emails, they stopped responding completely. No resolution, no follow-up, and no attempt to fix the issue.
I’ve now filed a chargeback for non-delivery and merchant fulfillment error. Posting this as a warning to other customers — they confirmed the fix, shipped it wrong anyway, and then went silent.
