I placed my order for a pair of Captain America valve caps on March 16th. However, the order was actually dispatched on the 24th of March, which is way over their stated dispatch times, "within 0 to 2 business days". I tried contacting the company via email twice, and sadly, I received no response either time. The product was good and what I expected, but sadly, the customer service just wasn't there. I was personally suprised by the lack of customer service with so many lovely reviews. I believed that everything would go smoothly, but sadly, not in my case. Order #14686

What’s not to like ?why not make your bike stand out .have a pair on all 3 bikes .

I had a problem with one of the caps but it was resolved promptly. no questions asked. Definitely deal with them again, Very happy A++

Great product, great fun addition to my bike

I’ve bought 4 sets of brick caps and can say that they are awesome! My orders have been a mixture of custom creations and ‘off the rack’ ones. In both cases the website worked seamlessly and the ordered arrived fast, well packaged and nice little touch with free stickers etc. Both myself and my wee boy have them on our bikes and I will be getting more in future. Great product !! Well done to all the team.

Ordered the Batman valve caps and honestly, they are better than I expected! They look awesome, were delivered so quickly and packaged great! They are the perfect little mod to my partners motorbike 😁 1000% recommend. I’ll be getting some for my own motorbike.

Love the lego heads and often get comments from other people how cool they look.
Not quite as hard wearing as normal dust caps as the thread is a bit more delicate but mine lasted a lot of use and races; just ordered a new pair to replace them.
Haven't had any problems but customer service seems really good.

Received my brick caps presta for my Mtb quality of these is top notch as is the packaging and customer service had a little issue with items out of stock but was quickly resolved and a £5 refund given pleasure to deal with would definitely use again.
