Brickflow is a great tool, innovative in design, presentation and quality.
It saves loads of time when searching for funding options and with a growing number of lenders associated with the system, is now providing unparalleled market coverage and a very real enhancement to my business.

Great system and made it quick and easy.

Good experience so far. Easy to get quotations, looks professional to our clients. We will find it of more benefit when more commercial lenders join the platform, which I know is happening daily.
It would improve the experience and quality of responses if there was a larger choice of sectors when completing the quote criteria.

Very easy to use and now provides bridging and commercial too. User friendly, good support if you need it. A very handy tool for brokers. The enterprise version is great too.

An excellent tool for both development and bridging finance. It allows applications to go to multiple lenders, without having to duplicate the input.
The system is easy to use, even for a technophobe and the back office people are very helpful.

First attempt to use the Bridging Finance portal and i found it intuitive and straight forward to use, input screens are clear and concise, what they need to know, not would like to know.

Client came to me with Aldermore Dev terms to try and improve on, he left with a higher loan and lower rate, he was over the moon.

I’ve been offering Development finance for over 10 years and always manually sourced which is very time consuming- Brickflow allows me to reduce what used to take several days into minutes- amazing 🤩

Having joined the platform as a lender, we received our first enquiry within 3 days, it contained all the information it would normally take me hours to collect & collate.

Tessa and Kevin called me straight away when I got in touch via Brickflow's website. Although I didn't need to proceed in the end, the frank and open advice they gave was very helpful and it was refreshing to receive such a quick, no-strings-attached and friendly call. Will definitely come back to these guys in the future!

Absolutely excellent tool for sourcing development finance from around 40 market-leading senior-debt lenders. The system is fast and accurate. From sourcing deals to submitting a case. The filters are excellent and enable you to quickly short-list using multiple filters (e.g. variable or fixed rates), property type etc.

Excellent service from all involved at Brickflow. Being a development finance lender the platform is very easy to use and can generate offers for Brickflow's clients quickly and accurately with no issues.

I've been sourcing the commercial Finance market for some considerable time, trying to find a platform like Brickflow but with no joy. With the opinion our sector is somewhat archaic when compared to the mortgage world when searching suitable loan products. The platform saves me so much time on unnecessary admin, and allows me to present clear and comprehensive loan costs in minute. Giving me more time to focus on the client themselves.

I touched base with Brickflow in early November to help with raising development finance for a new build consisting of 2 new flats in London.
As a first time developer it can be quite overwhelming to face this alone, Brickflow not only proved to be a spectacular platform but the people behind have been nothing but stellar; Matthew kept a close eye throughout the process and Ian was also kind enough to jump on a video conference to run me through all of the steps.
In a matter of days we found the ideal lender for the project and I don't think any other broker can provide this level of efficiency at the same pace.
Highly reccomended and most definitely relying on Brickflow also for our upcoming projects. I fully believe Brickflow is the future of development finance and last but not least, time saved is money saved. Thank you Brickflow!
