Ordered a pre order item and waited for…
Ordered a pre order item and waited for it to be shipped out. After a couple of weeks of no shipping information being received from the company I reached out to them multiple times with no reply for about a couple of weeks. Then I finally received a reply telling me they had to cancel my order, due to the tariffs they are not shipping to the US. This was posted no ware on there site. Company's like momcom inc. have no issues sending packages to the United States. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

As mentioned in our earlier e-mail to you we receive many packages back and compliants from US customers who are charged US Import Duties (and possible other fees) This is unfortunately not under our control. Disappointing experience – no customer support
I have ordered from Brickizimo before without issues, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.
My recent order (#127171) was shipped via the UK, resulting in unexpected VAT and customs charges of €16.75, along with a noticeable delivery delay. There was no clear indication at checkout that shipping this way could lead to additional taxes.
I contacted Brickizimo multiple times (email and their internal contact system) to ask for clarification and possible compensation, but received no response at all.
The lack of communication is the most disappointing part. Until customer support improves and shipping costs are made clearer, I cannot recommend shopping here.

Delivery
The delivery was way earlier than expected (partly due to not having made the purchase in the midt of the season), and the information about the package was available almost instantaneously, which help the ease of mind in this kind of purchases.
