Package was shipped little bit late then i expected, but shipping was Fast, even in my country,
I got some freebie What was nice

The package was fairly done and came not too long after the designated date. Sadly the pieces we bought were completly wrong. Colors did not match the descriptions or photos, and one piece was complitly different (a different code, even though on the shipment file was written the correct one).

Thanks for helping and sorry for confusion. For feedback I tried to reach from website, not e-mail and if you cannot provide to legos certain countrys please dont put list.

I received my order and they sent the wrong product. I tried to reach out but go no help or even a response.

I only received part of my order. I ordered 5 unique minifigs and they replaced three of the minifigs i ordered with different ones. I sent a couple of emails asking for either replacements or refund but I have received no response.

Shipped quickly, packed neatly, order was correct. Good stuff.

The prices for the items I purchased are really good. I like the variety of different custom accessories from different manufacturers Brickizimo has. I will certainly buy from them again. I even got a nice hand written letter as a first time customer.
My one and only setback in expectation from this purchase was I had seen people unboxing hauls and recieving a freebie accessory or two. (This video was years old though, or maybe they only do that for orders up to a certain cost?)
All in all great products! Great prices for said products and fast shipping. I will be buying from them again and recommending the store to friends!

My experience was great due to the big range of items and fairly good prices. The delivery time was also quite fast, and it was in range of their promised arrival time.

Though I will have to say a lot of items was sadly out of stock, which ment my order was a bit different than planned. But overall I'm very content with the company, I will defently order again, I very much recommend it.

Ordered on 23.07.25 and nothing. Order just says processing and that's it. Took my money quick enough! I've emailed twice to ask the progress of my order and can't even be bothered to reply. I see on here you've questioned bad reviews so perhaps you can show some customer service and explain why I'm not getting a response?

They sent me the wrong color of the item, i ordered an item that was in stock but in reality it wasnt i ordered a specific type of vest and they sent me the wrong one..I will not buy again from this site again
p.s: No freebies unlike the others site that sell this kind items do... They're not obbliged to sent you one but still its the only site that it doesnt do it

cancellation of my order was done immediately and PayPal payment rejected direct back to me

The best on brickizimo are: cost of shipping and the amount of accesories to chose.

Always fast shipment, and now the packages have tracking with an email link, which is a significant improvement. Always a kind hand-written remark and thank you on the invoice too.
