UPDATE SATISFACTORY RESULT** Was sent a different product than what I ordered
Unfortunately, I was sent a different product than what I purchased. I was expecting to receive some Little Arm Shop clone blasters, but instead was sent some other version or brand of it. It's been about a week since I've emailed them about the situation. I never was contacted and wonder if it's even capable. Overall, very disappointing experience and customer support. Don't recommend purchasing from them unless you're willing to gamble your chances of actually receiving what you order.
UPDATE:
In no less than 24 hours I received an email from Frank apologizing about my situation in regards to my order. Not only did he suggest for me to keep the wrong items I was sent, but also informed me that they would resend the correct items I purchased.
Overall, I retract my statement saying that Brickizimo has disappointing customer support. With the quick help I received, I 100% assure that Brickizimo provides fantastic customer support for their customers.
Overall, Brickizimo is quite efficient and very friendly if you have any issues with your order. There team will definitely help you as fast as possible. With that being said, I just want to thank the team and Frank once again for helping me!

My son loves Brickizimo Toys. It is his favorite store. We buy him building sets here whenever there is an ocassion. Brickizimo has great choice of Brickmania building sets, friendly staff and fast shipping.
