Just received my ordered LEPIN Technic model.
Overall it was not so bad with shopping and shipment, but poor information about payment and progress on my order.
First of all, they state accept PayPal on their web, but surprisingly, I was forced to use Vietnam VTC Pay. It was very suspiciously, but I took the risk.
My order processing and shipment timeline:
- 10.16 order placed
- 10.27 parcel registered
- 10.30 parcel shipped from HONG KONG
- 11.03 delivered to Lithuania (Europe)
But my order info on their web was always (and still) only "Processing". To get more details, I needed to communicate by e-mail, where I received my parcel tracking number.
So, it is very suspiciously if you don't know it is kind of "normal".
I didn`t assembled actual model yet, so can`t comment on product quality or problems.

Do not use this store or partner stores.. U will be throwing away your money!!.. Quick enough to take it.. Do not send out tracking details.. Do not refund when trying to get money back.. Scam all the way..

We ordered a Lepin mobile crane 20004 from Wish for my son, it was the crane with the battery operated motor that moved the outriggers and the crane arm. It took him a while to build it and was originally impressed with how it all fixed together, there were minor issues like the odd missing part but for the price we weren’t too bothered, we sourced replacements on the net. The problems came when we tried the motor, initially, some of the cogs did not connect into each other properly so the function wouldn’t work or you would hear the cogs clicking loudly against each other struggling to lift the boom or move the outrigger,s, all in all it turned out to be quite poor and now my son doesn’t use any of the functions.

Ordered an item which I then received an email stating it was out of stock. Offered another item which I paid the difference for, but then failed to receive any updates for 10 days regarding dispatch. Received a refund eventually, but unsatisfactory service.
