Wish I had checked reviews before I bought from this site. Took my money, never responded to inquiries regarding the product, and the person I bought the potato for never received it. Very disappointing and now I'm out of money
Hoping to get a charge back through my bank.

Do not use this company. Until we placed our order, the company responded to our emails, but once we had given them our money, they stopped responding - no product ever received! Shocking.

Stole my money. No product revieved. No replies to emails etc.

Ps. Says I'm in Qatar but I am visiting. I am from the UK and ordered to the UK.

No replies, no order received, why have they not been shut down!!!!!!

Scam. We ordered a brick for our friend, but nothing arrived.We sent e-mails 3 times about this issue, but there was no response.

For someone who is usually pretty good at checking reviews before purchase, I royally messed this one up. Please do not part with a dime of your money, this company will not ship you a thing. Oh, and trying to contact them won't help either as they won't reply. Unbelievable. Literally daylight robbery.

Didn’t receive. Just like everyone else on here. This is a scam. An inexpensive one, but a scam no less.

Company aren't trading any further since 2017 and you'd think they mention this on their website or at least take it down.

I ordered a potato a while back and it next came. I contacted customer services and never got a response. Awful service

My order never arrived, I have tried contacting them by e-mail, instagram and facebook and haven't heard anything and there is no contact number to call, I feel I've been scammed! Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered my Potato, and then heard nothing from them. They took my money and then completely ignored my emails. Don't use them. Also have you noticed the only positive reviews are fake from bots? The fake reviews are easy to spot, the headline is always the same as the first sentence. I've seen this pattern with other scam sites like the bitcoin trader scams. I wonder if they pay for these fake reviews? Either way don't trust this company, they'll take your money and your order won't be delivered. Luckily I used my disposable online card so they at least don't have my details.

I promise you now, as someone who doesn't write many reviews I've been very frustrated with this company in particular. contacted them 4 times in total and they've left me on seen like I'm a side bit. bought a potato a month ago and it says on their website 2-3 days, so yeah it never came. don't buy from this stupid company.

Ordered this a few years ago and nothing ever turned up. Contacted the company via email about 10 times over a year (boredom) no reply.

I ordered a brick from your website on 03/04/2019 but the recipient never received it. I have sent you two emails regarding this but have never had any kind of reply.

It's nice to find a service that provides some harmless fun and for a fair price too.
I've been talking with Ben from the company and he's honestly excelled with customer service. Very pleased with him and the team. Definitely recommend.
