This is a horrible company

This is a horrible company. They don’t reasons to any emails, shipping takes forever, and the product is not what I paid for. I have a golden dog and they sent bricks that build a white dog. I emailed them arguing for a refund but they ignored me. Avoid this company. They have shady businesses practices.

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!!

Website say 5-7 days, that's for "manufacture" no pre-approval photo was sent as detailed.

Then comes the postage, from China which can take forever, I ordered on the 6th January and received the package on the 27th, I was hoping it would arrive by the 16th which was within the 5-7 days for order completion (but not delivery).

No instructions, so you have to scan a QR code which is very dodgy indeed, why could they not just print a small booklet.

It was a present for my wife but now feels and looks like a waste of money.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Shoddy company. No meaningful customer service and a product that is not representative of the photo - including getting the colour of my dog wrong! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Utter waste of time and money!

I ordered a pet + 2 owners set and paid £76. I ordered a month in advance of my partner’s birthday and it didn’t arrive until today. I also had to pay £7 for customs. So, not only did my set take months to arrive, it also wasn’t what I ordered. The set that arrived was just a single of my dog. I thought that given it took so long, it would be worth the wait. I was so wrong. Utter waste of time and money!

AVOID

AVOID. First of all, It took forever for the item to be delivered. The bags of bricks have QR codes on which should lead you to a PDF of how to make the item. The QR codes don't work. I have emailed them over and over again and have gotten nowhere. It's either a scam or they just don't care.
